Love hiking?? Love wine?? Then you are in the right place! The hubs and the bosslady have been busy exploring Northern California since they moved here in 2013. The bosslady started keeping track of hike stats in 2014 and we joined the 52 Hike Challenge in 2016 keeping us on track…and the stats still keep growing!
Hike Then Wine stats!
The hubs and the bosslady have hiked over 187 hikes in the bay area with total stats of 1,015 miles with a total elevation gain of 148,983 feet over 1,121 hours in the past 4 years. Impressive stats? Maybe. We are still finding places to explore and add to these stats! The hubs and I like to find new places to hike every weekend. Living in beautiful northern California allows for us to do a different hike almost every time! Check out our post 5 Favorite Sites to Find Your Next Hike to see how we find all of these amazing places!
Can I pour you a glass of wine?
While the love of exploring the hundreds of trails is great, the love of wine is also exciting! Both work behind the scenes in the wine industry and find the passion about a good bottle of vino to be a nice ending to any day adventuring around this beautiful area.
Let’s get personal!
We are parents of 1 amazing kid that has grown and left our little nest and 1 cute tuxedo cat. We both love being stewards of the land and enjoy volunteering for our local parks as much as our schedule allows. Follow us on Instagram to see what we are up to!
Where can you find us when we aren’t on the trails?
We now have a Hike Then Wine YouTube channel to showcase the hikes we go on!
If you want to check out more of our past adventures, see our sister site SmilingInSonoma.
